We currently don’t offer customizations for individual orders, as every piece is hand-knit following our original design.
However, if you are a wholesale buyer or brand and would like to place a custom order of 100 pieces or more, we can discuss custom colors, sizes, and patterns. Please reach out to us directly for collaboration details.

All our sweaters are made to order and handmade, which makes each piece unique. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review product photos and size details carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos, and we’ll find a fair solution.

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, but generally take 10–20 business days. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Each sweater is handmade with care. For ready-to-ship items, we usually dispatch within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order pieces, production may take 1–2 weeks depending on current volume.
Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
